Given the exclusivity of the training, it is our expectation that you will be committed to the learning process, demonstrate that you are capable of following through on the time and work commitments associated with this program, and finally that you will come prepared to share openly your experiences and the business challenges you are / may be facing. However, we do recognize that in addition to running a business, you have a busy life with familial and other commitments. We have therefore tried to structure the training to be respectful of this fact.

The commitments you must be aware of to participate in this program are as follows:

• Prior to the start of the course:
  • Set your goals: Use our framework to help you set milestones.
• During the course:
  • Attend the three plenary sessions.
  • Work with Robert to create a business plan for your agency.
• After the course:
  • Be an ambassador for the programme
  • Grow your business, share your success and be one of the rising stars in your market
