Sven Heistermann

Sven Heistermann
Director EMEA Partnerships, Google

Sven Heistermann leads Google’s partnerships with leading companies in the telecommunications, financial services, retail and travel sectors across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and is a member of Google’s EMEA leadership team.
Sven has 20 years of global work experience in executive roles and strategy consulting. He has a deep understanding of strategy and commercial development paired with a passion for leveraging technology to drive growth.
Prior to joining Google, Sven served as Chief Strategy Officer and member of the Executive Management Group of Sanoma, one of the leading European media groups. Previously, Sven was Principal and member of the management team at the global strategy consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton (now: PwC strategy&).

Dr Stian Reimers
Deputy Head of Psychology - City University of London

Stian is a cognitive psychologist who has been working on consumer financial decision making for the past 15 years. He has worked extensively with banks, retailers and government, on projects to understand individual financial behaviour, as well as conducting academic research on decision making involving risk and delay. He teaches on the MSc Behavioural Economics programme at City, University of London.

Finbar Hage

 Finbar Hage is Global Head of Data, AI and Analytics within Rabobank. His roots are digital. Having been commercially responsible for a digital B2B platform with Reed Elsevier, heading MoneYou the first fully Digital Bank in the Netherlands and being responsible for Ecommerce at travel company Thomas Cook. At Rabobank Data & Analytics is part of the Digital Transformation Office. Driving digital change in the bank.

Daan Gönning

Daan Gönning is Product Manager Digital Interaction within Rabobank. He has a strong focus on Conversational interfaces, innovation & disruption. In the past, Daan was a founder of a messaging-related startup in the Netherlands & wrote a book about the future of Customer Care. At Rabobank, he is executing a program to enable & test new interaction channels

He currently leads Attribution offerings within Google Ads, Search Ads 360 and Google Attribution in EMEA. He has worked over 9 years in USA at various Analytics leadership roles at SAP, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Toys R Us, MediaCom, Triad Retail Media and PwC to name a few. He offers analytics consulting services in the field of web-analytics, predictive analytics and advanced text mining across a wide group of industries.

Reemda Tieben is a Measurement & Attribution Specialist at Google and supports advertisers to learn more about users' customer journeys and how to use and optimize advertiser's own data. Reemda started her career as an historian and has been at Google for 11 years now, specialized in working with advertisers in finance, telecommunications and travel industries in Germany.   

Christopher Fink

Christopher Fink is Analytical Consultant at Google and supports German Banks and FinTechs to learn more about search trends in banking, customer journeys and the performance of their digital advertising.
Christopher has been with the company for more than two years and before analyzing click prices at Google researched the movement of stock prices in his doctorate in Financial Markets at the University of Mannheim.

Daniela Elisabeth Kepper is a Core Search & Automation Specialist at Google and works with customers from the banking, insurance, telecommunication and travel industry in Germany to help them with advertising automation across bidding, audience and creative solutions. Daniela holds University degrees in International Marketing Management and Computer Sciences and before joining Google in 2015, Daniela worked in Online Marketing in Austria.

EMEA Product Lead - Apps, Google  

Vlad is a Regional Product Lead for mobile app advertising products at Google - making sure the products being developed land well in the market and that the feedback from our partners gets integrated seamlessly into the product roadmap. Previously Vlad has worked in the automotive and FMCG industries, but found his home in the tech world, and especially among the game developer community, which he's worked with and supported for the past 2 years while at Google. In his spare time, Vlad is an avid traveller and likes to nerd out in all things geography!  

Joseph Ajayi

Senior Account Manager for Telecom Africa, Google

Gbenga is a Senior Account Manager for the Telecom industry in Africa. He is also the Mobile App lead for Africa supporting traditional companies across the travel, banking, ecommerce, insurance and tech verticals on their Mobile App strategy. Gbenga has spent the last 4 years in Google working in the Ads business across Africa and before that spent time in a variety of industries including banking with Goldman Sachs, Consumer Goods with Electrolux and Startup with AxCrypt. He is a self proclaimed tennis and whiskey fanatic. 

Essane Vally

Essane Vally is a mobile Specialist at Google and one of our most enthusiastic CRO advocates. He has a background in sales and consulting and was previously working in the world of mobile apps.
He is currently consulting with Google's biggest advertisers in France to improve their customer experience on mobile through best-in-class UX and Conversion Optimisation. He’s also running Hackathons, Design Sprints and evangelizing mobile to customers across Europe.  

Jane Gilson's

Jane Gilson is the Director of Large Customer Sales for the EMEA Emerging Markets Region (Africa, Israel, Turkey, MENA and Russia). She joined Google in October 2015 and is based in Google's EMEA HQ in Dublin, where she is responsible for all sales deployment and account management for the EMEA Emerging Markets Region and Customer Experience for EMEA LCS. Being an English Literature major, Jane has made an effort to educate women that even non-engineers can be successful in tech. In her career she has been an advocate for women in leadership creating senior women support programs, networking platforms and mentoring circles featuring male and female mentors. She’s been a participant in our very own Stride event discussing what it means to her to "Be Inspired, Be Bold, Be You." Prior to Google, Jane spent over a decade at Microsoft and was heavily involved in the Seattle start-up scene, including founding her own online education company. Jane, who is originally from the US, has spent the past several years working in Europe, having been based in Prague, Munich and Paris before moving to Dublin three years ago to work for Google. Jane holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Master of Science from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
