Digital Immersion Lab

Learn how to activate and accelerate your journey towards sustainable digital reader revenue, through this immersive five day experience. Each day will include interactive sessions, group workshops and individual consultations facilitated by subject matter experts. Publishers should be able to commit to 9am - 5pm for the 5 days (breaks will be included) to get the most out of the programme. 

Participants will:

  • Learn how to articulate and prioritise their model.
  • Receive tools and community support for ongoing work.
  • Develop their own next steps, outcomes and milestones.

Who’s it for?

This Lab is for publishers who are starting to experiment with reader revenue and are thinking about new ways to engage and monetise their online audiences. Some reader revenue systems may be in place but not fully developed.

Mid or senior level decision maker responsible for audience engagement and reader revenue growth. The participant might work within the data, digital or marketing department.

Eligible publishers need to have a focus on core news provision. Sub-verticals that would be included: Politics, Local/Country/World events, Business, Technology, Health, Science.

Companies that solely provide entertainment content (lifestyle, celebrity, sports, fashion) are not eligible.
