How do I register for each Livestream series?

It's simple! Just enter your email address on the registration page of this site and select which series you'd like to sign up to watch.

What happens after I register?

Once you have filled in your details and submitted the registration form, you're all set. You will receive an email reminder before each Livestream begins, with a link to watch the training live on-air.

How do I watch the Livestream?

The Livestreams are broadcast via YouTube, so they will work just like a regular YouTube video. You will be sent an email on the day with a link to the broadcast so all you need to do is click play, sit back and enjoy! 

How can I improve the quality of the broadcast?

To get the best Livestream viewing experience, we recommend that you: 

  1. Click the settings icon on the bottom right of the video player and select ‘quality’
  2. Switch your video resolution to HD
  3. Put the video on full-screen

If the stream doesn’t begin automatically, try refreshing the page.

Can I ask questions live on-air?

Yes. If you have any questions during the Livestream, simply type them into the comments section which will appear either at the bottom of the page or to the left of the video player. Our team will be there to answer your questions live.

What if I join late? Will I be able to catch up?

Running a little bit late? Don’t worry. You can use the live-rewind feature to catch up. Just drag the cursor at the bottom of the video back to the start.

Will the Livestream be available to watch afterwards?

Yes, all of our Livestreams are recorded. So, you can review all of it, or specific sections, whenever you want.

You can always check back on this website for the recordings. We will add them once the live broadcast has ended so you can catch up on anything you may have missed.
