Lucero has been with Google for almost 15 years leading their talent development efforts across EMEA; and is currently focused on supporting EMEA leaders and their teams across Sales, Tech and General & Admin to be the best they can be. Her career at Google has spanned the course of recruitment for both sales and tech, career development, coaching, leadership development, and talent growth & retention both on an EMEA and global level. Prior to Google, Lucero worked in the organisational development space for the banking, public and agriculture sectors.
Craig O'Boyle
Head of Apps & Gaming Strategy
Craig is the Head of Apps & Gaming Strategy for Google in the UK where he leads a team of client directors, strategists, consultants, technologists and analysts to drive innovation, growth and success for some of the world’s biggest household names. During his career he has worked extensively with the leadership teams at many of the top brands in media, entertainment and technology. He also works closely with Google’s EMEA Employee Resource Groups (internal workstreams focused on advancing agendas and inclusion for specific communities) and with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion teams on programmes related to coaching and developing talent, EMEA Pride and inclusion campaigns for Google and the broader industry.
Jewel Burks Solomon
Head of Google for Startups US
Jewel Burks Solomon, Google for Startups Head of US, founder of Partpic and Managing Director of Collab Lab: Jewel is passionate about leveling the playing field for underserved startup founders because not too long ago, she was one of those founders. In 2013, she founded a startup called Partpic, visual search for replacement parts, and experienced firsthand the challenges of being under-resourced and undernetworked as a founder. She sold the business to Amazon in late 2016, and has dedicated her time to mentoring, advising and investing in startup founders ever since.
Torrence Boone
VP - Global Client Partnerships
As VP of Global Client Partnerships, Torrence is responsible for driving Google’s strategy and multi-billion dollar business across a portfolio of the world’s largest global advertisers, spanning the tech, health/beauty and CPG verticals. He leads a team focused on large scale global strategic partnerships that deploy diverse Google products and platforms to achieve business transformation and breakthrough marketing results. He is a corporate director for Macy’s (NYSE: M), a former corporate director for Finish Line (NASDAQ: FINL), a board member of Pond5, a leading online marketplace for creative assets, and a board member of Effie Worldwide.
Marian Croak
Vice President, Site Reliability Engineering
Marian Croak is the Vice President of Site Reliability Engineering at Google. Marian joined Google in late 2014 after retiring from AT&T as an SVP responsible for advanced research and innovation, and designing and developing one of the world's largest wireless and broadband networks. Marian holds over 200 patents mostly focused on IP technology. She is a strong supporter of STEM initiatives, served on many boards including NACME and Catalyst, and personally mentors many individuals in STEM.
Bonita Stewart
Vice President, Global Partnerships
Bonita C. Stewart brings extensive consumer technology and operational experience as her career spans over two decades of digital transformation across multiple industries. Since joining Google in 2006 she has driven adoption of digital technologies within the C-Suite in the US and globally. Currently, she oversees the company’s Global Partnerships team for the largest US publishers across Search, Mobile Apps, Commerce, News, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications and Domains.
LJ Erwin
Chief of Staff, YouTube TV & Sports
LJ Erwin is the Chief of Staff at YouTube TV and Sports. Prior to joining YouTube, LJ led founder and VC engagement in Silicon Valley for Google Cloud for Startups. Before Google, he helped lead early stage sourcing and founder engagement at Andreessen Horowitz. LJ is a native Texan and graduate from the University of Texas at Austin.
Sol Chea
Technical Lead Manager, Project Loon
Sol Chea is a Technical Lead for Project Loon which started as part of Google X, and uses balloons to provide Internet to remote regions and during disaster recovery efforts. In addition, he has over 15 years of engineering experience ranging from building B2B/B2C products for billions of users to building engineering teams from the ground up.
Goldy Bardin

Goldy Bardin is a creative director with a background in creative strategy, writing, design, and art direction. She has working in marketing/advertising for 20+ years, creating experiences for over 80 brands, with a strong focus on digital.
Valli Ravindran
UX Manager
Valli has 13 years experience in building digital products for companies like Google, Amazon, PBS and Aol. She has founded two companies in the travel enterprise industry and has leadership experience in managing User Experience and Product Development teams for both media and e-commerce startups in NYC. At Google, Valli manages a team of UX Designers building enterprise products for advertisers to run their media campaigns and is based in NYC.
