Yes.  Please see recommended hotels here. We have secured discounted rates so please book as soon as possible.

When arranging your flight, please take into consideration at least 1 hour for customs formalities, baggage pick-up and commute from the airport to The Foundry - even more if you want to drop by the hotel before joining the event.

We will arrange coach transfers from the airport to The Foundry on the morning of Tuesday, 28th May.

You will need to cover your own flights and accommodation but your attendance at Luxury Next is completely free!

We will provide:

1) Food and drinks throughout the two days
Day 1:  At Google: Lunch / loads of coffee / snacks

The evening networking event: Dinner, drinks & opportunity to network.

Day 2: Morning Coffee & pastries, snacks & lunch.

2) Dublin transportation:

  • Airport Transfers to The Foundry before and after the event (morning of May 28th and afternoon of May 29th).
  • Hotel from/to Foundry transportation - if you are staying at a popular hotel.
  • Evening event transportation, from popular hotels, on a schedule that will be communicated during the event. 

The event will be ticketed on a first come first served basis.

Once you have registered, we will send event updates to the email address you used to register. If a colleague plans to attend the event in your place, let your Google Account Manager know so we can update the attendee contact details.

If you require a letter in support of your VISA application, please send your passport number and full name as it appears on your passport to Please note that we cannot assist with flight or accommodation-related queries.

We will send an event overview and any material suitable for externally sharing after the event.
