Tobias Wittmann
Director of International Growth Strategy & International Growth Team (EMEA)
Tobias Wittmann is a Director of Google’s Large Customer Sales division, overlooking the International Growth advisory services and offering. He originally joined the company in a Strategy & Operations capacity in 2013 and is based in Google’s Dublin EMEA HQ.
International expansion is a fast growing area for Google’s customers as businesses truly realise the world wide scale of the Internet. The International Growth Team is dedicated to helping Google’s customers identify and successfully pursue growth opportunities in international markets, making it easy to reach new customers anywhere in the world. Google’s offering spans from identifying new markets based on Google’s insights on global consumer demand, to developing suitable digital advertising strategies and helping customers successfully execute them with regards to translation and localisation of web assets and ads, payment solutions, customer care and logistics.
Tobias graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska with an MBA in 2003. He also holds a Diploma in Business Administration (FInance & Economics) from the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt in his native Germany. He started his career at Bain & Company’s San Francisco office, and ran a social gaming startup that he co-founded in 2011 before joining Google in Ireland
Simon Klaus
Search Specialist Central Europe
Simon Klaus is Search Specialist for agencies in Central Europe at Google. He consults performance-oriented agencies on Machine Learning driven search ad solutions to optimally realize their client’s marketing goals. Already prior to his time at Google he worked on the technical and organizational transformation towards data-driven marketing in the telco industry. His mission is to enable long-term growth through automated marketing solutions.
Christoph Gringmuth
Product Specialist - Automation & Attribution (Central Europe)
As Automation & Attribution Specialist at Google, Christoph Gringmuth is focused on the implementation of automation & measurement solutions for performance-oriented direct clients. He works on a project basis with clients to help them solve their measurement and attribution challenges through a process of education, consultation and analysis leading to extensive business growth.
Maria McClay
Industry Head Luxury at Google
Maria McClay is currently the Industry Head Luxury at Google. Previously Maria spent nearly a decade at Gucci in various operational and strategic roles, most recently as the General Manager of Northern Europe and Associate Vice President Retail Europe. She also worked in the European Consumer/Retail Investment Banking team at Lehman Brothers focused on coverage of the Luxury Goods and Retail sectors. Maria started her career at McKinsey in New York and was a fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute. Maria graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, and she received her MBA from Harvard Business School with Honors.
Federica Uccella
Shopping and Automation Specialist, Italy
Federica was professionally born in the internet of 12 years ago, into one of the pioneers of the Italian Digital marketing agencies world. Since then she walked clients through different aspects of digital marketing, from SEM management to brand reputation and influencer analysis. In Google Dubin Hub for the last 5 years, she worked with major Italian Retail clients, becoming an expert of the industry and retail digital solutions. Today she works as Shopping and Automation specialist based in Milan. Passionate about dance, surf and photography she loves to see how innovation continuously shapes industries and our daily lives.

Prior to joining Google in 2012, Kelly spent 9 years at ESPN in Customer Marketing and Sales. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Kansas with degrees in Journalism and Spanish. Adrien joined Google 5 years ago. Working initially from the Dublin office (dealing with the IE/ZA/PT/UAE Shopping launches), he is now based in Paris. His mission is to help the biggest FR advertisers to develop their business and increase their profitability, by reviewing their media strategy and providing them with advanced bidding and audience solutions. Main focus: find innovative solutions to leverage advertisers’ 1st party data.

Adrien works in the Google Marketing Platform as a technical specialist. He focuses on helping partners & advertisers leverage the GMP stack to improve their media performances. Previously, he worked 3 years for Rocket Internet in Africa, where he lead the analytics team.
Rachel McGuire
Measurement and Attribution Specialist, Google UK
Rachel joined Google Dublin as a Measurement and Attribution Specialist in 2018. She works with the most sophisticated UK retailers, on cross channel attribution, analytics and other measurement capabilities, with a specific focus on Online to Offline Measurement.
Prior to joining Google, Rachel worked for Nielsen based in Oxford and London for 3 and a half years. Before this she worked in Brand and Marketing Strategy in New York City and Brand Management for a leading Irish CPG company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University College Dublin and an MSc in Marketing Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Rachel Arthur is Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of the Current Global, a consultancy transforming how fashion brands and retailers intersect with technology. The company focuses on key fields including sustainability and the connected customer. Rachel leads a global team of experts delivering innovative integrations and experiences for brands, powered by a network of top technologies and startups. She has a wealth of experience both as one of the industry’s most sought after specialists in the space, and as an award-winning business journalist.
She established the first news source dedicated to fashion and technology, and has contributed to heavyweight titles as varied as Wired, Forbes and The Business of Fashion. She delivered a TEDx talk in 2016 about the role technology needs to play to enable a more environmentally sustainable fashion industry, and has regularly been on stage at other international events including SXSW, CES and Cannes Lions. Rachel previously worked with Wired Consulting on all retail innovation projects, and spent eight years of her career as senior editor of the market intelligence team at trend forecaster WGSN.

Thibaut Martin is GMP Tech Manager for french agencies in the Google Marketing Platform team. He specialised on Search Ads 360 and consults performance-oriented agencies on enterprise tech solutions. His main objective is to make customers maturity grow on the GMP suite and make sure they use the right tech solutions to meet their automation, attribution & audience objectives on search advertising activities.

Lisa joined Google almost 4 years ago and is one our most Senior Audience Specialists based in our European headquarter in Dublin. She works with some of the largest French advertisers and partners, helping them identify, understand and maximize the value of their audiences. She leads Audience initiatives across our French business and works in close partnership with our Global product teams.

Rachael is the Online Acquisition Manager at Brown Thomas & Arnotts, responsible for driving customer acquisition and managing performance marketing channels. She is currently on a mission to embed a customer centric approach to digital marketing across both organisations through the utilisation of CRM data; enhancing the customer journey to create market leading Omni-channel destinations. In previous years, Rachael has worked with renowned fashion and beauty retailers across the UK, Ireland and Australia, gaining extensive knowledge in ecommerce trading, optimisation and digital marketing strategy.

In his 4 years at Google, he has supported 4k+ customers across 44 countries by resolving over 5k cases related to various products ranging from Merchant Center to Analytics. Besides his successful career in Tech, he has big interest in fashion and the luxury industry in general. Polly is the Head of Video & Display Sales for Retail in the UK and Ireland. Originally from the U.S, Polly has worked in digital media for over 15 years across a range of disciplines, companies and markets. In her time at Google she's worked closely with CPG, Entertainment and Retail advertisers and this breadth of experience has given her great insight into how organisations use digital platforms to deliver creative that works. She's passionate about the role digital plays in brand building and the value of storytelling on YouTube. Prior to joining Google, Polly ran a tech start-up in the UK dedicated to enabling better digital ads.
Shona Campbell
Industry Manager, Large Customer Sales, Google UK
Shona Campbell has always had a fascination behind the psychology behind what makes people chose powerful brands. Watching The Clothes Show on a Sunday night when she was 8 years old inspired her to seek out a career in fashion. She's currently found working in the Luxury team at Google helping grow fashion brands and prior to that she lead the marketing teams at Mulberry and Harvey Nichols. She completed a Masters at Central Saint Martins and now is a guest lecturer enjoying talking to students about the world of data and creativity. Shona is a digital advisor to the British Fashion Council and is most proud of her recent involvement in the sustainability project at Google to help fashion brands make more sustainable decisions about their supply chain. At home she tries to turn her hand at something creative and has just completed a (short) course in ceramics. Her happy place is bed time stories with her 4 and 1 year old.
Anna Kovalenko
EMEA Display Lead, Google Customer Solutions
Over 6 years at Google, Anna built up expertise having advised over 1500+ advertisers across all verticals on growth strategies with Google solutions. As a result, for the past 3 years she’s been bringing Google’s Display solutions for Performance advertisers in EMEA and educating customer-facing teams on Automation, Creatives and Audiences. Anna is also working closely with product teams on bringing customer voice to build better Display products.
James Jones
Product Manager, Remarkerting.
James has been working on Google Ads products for more than 8½ years. Beginning in London, UK, sales teams he then went on to spend three years working in Shanghai, China to to help grow the Greater China region Display business. For the last three years he has been working in our product teams based in the Bay Area, California, where he now focuses on improving our Remarketing ads.
