MSME Caravan is a Grow with Google program that is committed to helping micro, small, and medium (MSME) business owners in the Philippines by sharing free tools and resources for working remotely and transitioning to digital.

MSME Caravan provides a wide range of free virtual workshops every week that are streamed on YouTube. Each workshop is taught by devoted trainers who are Pinoy business owners, digital marketers, or community volunteers. You'll take the workshop with a community of peers who will learn and support you along the way.

Yes. All workshops organized by the MSME Caravan are free of charge to attend. Please do register before attending the sessions.

We try our best to ensure there are multiple arrangements to choose from to accommodate everyone's schedules. Our workshops are conducted on both weekdays and weekends, with varied timings, so please do choose whichever suits you best.

To register, please visit here and choose the session(s) you are interested in attending. You will later receive a YouTube link a few days before your selected session(s) via email or WhatsApp.

Do note you will need to sign into the platform by clicking on the top right sign in icon. Once signed in, you can click on the 'register' button on the homepage to do so.

We encourage our trainers to incorporate both English and Tagalog into each workshop to make it feel more accessible to attendees.

We prioritize anyone who hasn't joined our workshops previously. However, you can still attend any of our workshops as long as seats are still available.

Please sign in and register with a Gmail account or Google Account. A Google Account would be any email account that has been used to log in to YouTube, Google Play Store, Google Ads or Google Cloud.

Yes! Many of our participants have friends and colleagues that would benefit from our training, please do feel free to invite them. Make sure to send them the registration link so they can register for the webinars through our website beforehand.

You will receive a YouTube Live link a few days before your selected session via email or WhatsApp. Keep a look out for this, or search "MSME Caravan" in your inbox to find the link before the class. 

Yes, our team will be in touch with you via email or WhatsApp to help confirm your attendance and provide you with the webinar link. 

To get your certificate, you must attend the livesteam and submit the feedback form sent to your registered email address after the class. You will receive your certificate and digital handbook after the livestream class.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

If you are late for the live session, you may still join the session through the link that has been provided to you via email/WhatsApp. We will keep the video available for 24 hours after the live session has ended. You can just click on the link provided by our team and watch the on-demand version. This video then will be set to private 24 hours after the live webinar has ended.

We will usually go live 5 minutes before the scheduled session. Please wait for a few minutes for the session to start. If the video is still not playing, please refresh your browser and try again.

The side/below of the live session, you will see the option to ask questions through a chat box. You will be able to ask questions here. However, this chat box will only be available during the live session. Once the live session has ended, the chat box will be deactivated.

Please check the bottom left hand corner of the YouTube video to see if you may have accidentally muted your audio or reduced your volume. YouTube remembers the last setting for your volume when you previously watched a YouTube video.

Try updating the Quality settings on the YouTube controls near the bottom of the content window.

Videos will be available on demand until the end of the day. However, viewers will not be able to ask questions when watching on demand. Therefore, we encourage you to view and participate in the scheduled livestream sessions.
