You can just click on the link provided by our team and watch the on-demand version. This video then will be set to private 24 hours after the live session has ended.

We will usually go live 5 minutes before the scheduled session. Please wait for a few minutes for the session to start. If the video is still not playing, please refresh your browser and try again.

The side/below of the live session, you’ll see the option to ask questions through a chat box. You’ll be able to ask questions here. However, this chat box will only be available during the live session. Once the live session has ended, the chat box will be deactivated.

Please check the bottom left hand corner of the YouTube video to see if you may have accidentally muted your audio or reduced your volume. YouTube remembers the last setting for your volume when you previously watched a Youtube video.

Try updating the Quality settings on the YouTube controls near the bottom of the content window.

Videos will be available on demand until the end of the day. However, viewers will not be able to ask questions when watching on demand. Therefore, we encourage you to view and participate in the scheduled livestream sessions.
