 I began in Marketing for Procter & Gamble and then moved to Revenue Management on other companies in Perú. Until I joined Rocket Internet and my Startup life began!

I worked there as Operations Manager of Easy Taxi (Rocket Internet's booking-taxi app) and launched the business on 3 cities. Furthermore, acted as Country Manager for Costa Rica where I launched operations as well. 

After that I moved to France where I did a Master in Sciences of Marketing and afterwards joined Octoly. This is a young french startup focused on connecting YouTube Content Creators with Brands. There, I was in charge of launching the business in the USA while being based in Paris. 

Nowadays, I work in Google where I advise and support Small & Medium Businesses from Spain on their Online Marketing Strategy.

Andrea Bacinska

Originally from Slovakia. Andrea studied in Brno, Czech Republic and gained a MSc. degree from Intercultural Business Communication in Edinburgh. She worked in an incubator in Edinburgh for a very small startup where she focused on marketing, comms and event organizing. After that she worked for Zomato, a global startup from India, for almost two years.  She started in business development and quickly became a Community Manager in Edinburgh. Andrea experienced the company grow from 12 to 25 countries in only one year. She is passionate about business development, brand recognition, marketing and social media. She loves badminton, skiing, hiking and discovering new restaurants with great food.
