Bombay Play

Studio: Bombay Play
Country: India
Co-Founder: Oliver Jones

For Bombay Play the Indie Games Accelerator was much more than a networking opportunity, it is a chance for indie developers to create lasting bonds with mentors and peers in the fast evolving games industry. No other program offers as much quality one on one mentorship combined with amazing social moments. Bombay Play went on to raise $2.5m in seed funding, this included investors who attended the 2020 Indie Games Accelerator pitch day! We feel the feedback we received not only helped elevate the quality of our games, but our whole approach to managing a games company effectively. We entered the Accelerator as a team of 3 developers, now are a company of over 40. If you are open to evaluating yourself, learning and unlearning fast, and connecting with the wide world of emerging indie developers, I thoroughly recommend participating in the Indie Games Accelerator.

Pincer Games

Studio: Pincer Games
Country: Uruguay
Co-Founder: Laia Barboza

The Indie Games Accelerator had a huge impact on Pincer, all the content was designed to fit the realities of different studios, specifically small ones like ours. It gave us a clear roadmap and confidence on each step and learned from amazing mentors from all over the world. We're already experiencing great results from all that we've learned during our launch process. We recommend all indies to apply to this amazing program.
