Mentorship is a critical component of the Indie Games Accelerator. Participants of the program get access to experts from Google and leading game studios and institutions from around the world.

Augusto Petrone is an entrepreneur with experience in design and in creating, developing, shipping and scaling tech products. He leads Product & Growth at The Other Guys, which he co-founded to create deep and immersive, but accessible narrative games. In 2020, The Other Guys was acquired by Gameloft, one of the leading game developers in the world. Augusto was also part of the founding team of Three Melons, a Buenos Aires based games studio that put Argentina in the global gaming industry map. Three Melons was acquired by Playdom (later acquired by Disney) in 2010.

At etermax, Ezequiel has led casual games to new surfaces: wearables, speakers, smart displays, auto and also had the opportunity to produce a TV game show and the animated series for families based on the hit mobile game Trivia Crack. Gerson Da Silva is Lead Game Designer and Project Manager at Ironhide Game Studio, where for more than 8 years he has developed games such as the award-winning Kingdom Rush saga and Iron Marines. He also has co-founded Totem Games, a social impact developing studio. Gerson teaches game design and prototyping at the Faculty of Fine Arts, as an international speaker he has given talks and workshops along Latam, Singapur, and the GDC China. Gwen is a co-founder and creative director of IMBA Interactive, a game audio services studio based in Singapore. Gwen is also the chairperson of the Singapore Games Association, Singapore’s primary trade association aimed at supporting industry growth across the local ecosystem, and with immediate focus on the game development and esports sectors. Gwenalso chairs the Singapore Games Guild, a non-profit grassroots organisation which organises events for local game developers; contributes as Secretary of IGDA Singapore; and kickstarted Game Audio Singapore, a local game audio community aimed to provide knowledge and sharing among students and professionals.

Nour Khrais is a business professional with over 21 years of experience in multinational software and content companies in Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, and France. In 2003, he founded Maysalward, the first mobile gaming company in the Middle East, developing and publishing original games for the Middle East market. Developing the First Arabic Mobile Game in 2004, his startup has created high-quality mobile games with millions of downloads and a hundred thousand daily active users enjoying the Free to Play games it's offering. In 2017 Khrais was awarded the King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein Order for Distinction of the Third Degree Medal, and was a board member on the King Abdullah Fund for Development (KAFD) board of trustees between Nov 2018 - 2020.

Rachel partners with Taiwan developers to help them launch successfully on Google Play and optimize their mobile business strategy. She also supports global developers that enter the Taiwan market. She is passionate in working with indie developers and has co-hosted G-Player One (Google indies incubator in Taiwan) for the last 3 years. Prior to joining the Google Play team, Rachel has worked on Google's AdMob for over 2 years. Originally from Hong Kong, she has been working in Taipei for the last 4 years.
