Alex Kozachenko started his career in gaming in the ad tech industry, helping monetize apps and games on Facebook and mobile. From there he joined a development consulting company where he helped build apps and websites for startups. Through that company he found his passion in gaming and met Antonio Uribe, cofounder and former Managing Director of HyperBeard. Together they built HyperBeard into the biggest mobile game developer and publisher in Mexico with over 100M downloads globally and massive organic hits like KleptoCats, Tsuki Adventure, Cat Spa & Adorable Home.
Angelo Lobo

Angelo is a veteran game designer, with 18 years of experience. He spent 5 years at Zynga as the Design Director for games like FarmVille 2, FarmVille Country Escape and Empires & Allies. Angelo's main focus is casual and mid-core games for the mobile platform. Since 2018, he has been mentoring indie studios across India.
Anna Huerta

Anna holds a BA in Interactive Media and Games, and a Master in Educational Psychology and Instructional Technology both from the University of Southern California. She started her career in a mixed reality research lab for psychotherapy and physical therapy games then moved onto children's games working on titles like Jumpstart.com and Disney’s Pixie Hollow. Anna spent nearly 9 years at Zynga, makers of Words with Friends working within almost all their franchises. She took a six-month hiatus from entertainment by working on an AR/VR/Photogrammetry/social media app. As Creative Director, Anna most recently launched myVEGAS Bingo at Boss Fight Entertainment in partnership with PLAYSTUDIOS.

Are Mack Growen is General Partner and VP of Product Portfolio at LVP, where he supports portfolio companies on everything product related, and also finds new opportunities. For over 12 years he has worked in GM and VP roles to build game studios in Asia and the west, at Playfish, EA, gumi and others. With these studios he has delivered multiple hits played by more than 45m users, including a number one hit in Japan and the first BAFTA winning social game for Facebook.

Augusto Petrone is an entrepreneur with experience in design and in creating, developing, shipping and scaling tech products. He leads Product & Growth at The Other Guys, which he co-founded to create deep and immersive, but accessible narrative games. In 2020, The Other Guys was acquired by Gameloft, one of the leading game developers in the world. Augusto was also part of the founding team of Three Melons, a Buenos Aires based games studio that put Argentina in the global gaming industry map. Prior to joining the Google Play team, Rachel has worked on Google's AdMob for over 2 years. Originally from Hong Kong, she has been working in Taipei for the last 4 years. Rachel is currently part of the Business Development, Games and Apps' team in Google Play Taiwan.
