What I like about Design Thinking is that the needs of our customers are at the heart of it. It teaches us to ask questions, listen to the users and reflect their needs in our services or products

"There are no problems, only projects." Simple, yet powerful idea from David Allen. And Desigh Thinking is for sure a very creative approach to transform problems into innovative solutions and projects.
Design Thinking makes sense to me because it puts the user in the centre of our attention. We put ourselves into their shoes, we perceive their story. Thanks to this we are able to create/find creative solutions and innovations which are viable and at the same time reflect their real needs.
